Jason has been a professional real estate consultant with The Ball Team of Truman Ball and Associates - Realtors® since 2006. He serves as Executive Broker and specializes in working with buyers. Jason has a B.S. in Computer Science and uses his technical knowledge to keep The Ball Team on the cutting edge of advanced marketing tactics. His ability to translate market data helps ease the process for his clients so they can maximize their equity on sales and purchases.
Jason is the son-in-law of the late Truman Ball (married to Truman's only daughter, Michele) and decided in late 2005 (after Truman's passing), that he was being called to work in Real Estate.
Jason has the prestigious CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and specializes in providing solutions to homeowners who have a hardship that is leading them down the road to foreclosure. Jason also holds the CIAS designation (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) making him the logical choice in helping First-time investors, Move-up investors, Portfolio investors, and Rehab and Resale investors increase their wealth in real estate.

Scott has been a Real Estate Agent since 1996, earned his Broker's license in 2006, and served for several years as Principal Broker for Truman Ball and Associates Realtors. Upon opening First National Realty, an affiliate of Truman Ball & Associates, Scott Cobb is Principal Broker for this new venture. Scott specializes in listing and marketing homes to put the most money in the pockets of our sellers. A lifetime resident of Central Arkansas, he holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas. Scott and his family are long-time residents of Benton, and Scott is a member of the Benton Bryant Realtors Association, the Bryant Chamber of Commerce, 2009 Class of Leadership Saline County and an active member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church.
Scott Cobb is also a member of the Little Rock Board of Realtors and Metro Area Board of Realtors in Northwest Arkansas.

Sarah has had her real estate license since 2003, and is licensed in Florida as well as Arkansas.
Sarah had over 3 million in sales during her first 2 years as a REALTOR®, helping clients with purchases ranging from condominiums, military relocation, commercial real estate investments, 1031 tax exchanges, to the luxury real estate market in Destin, Florida.

John has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 7 years and specializes in listing and selling homes, foreclosures, short sales and REOs. John spent several years in the food industry, first as a supervisor with such companies such as Sara Lee Corporation and Quality Foods Inc., and then opened his own restaurant. It was there that John met several Realtors who told him that they felt he would excel in the real estate business. After graduating real estate school he quickly closed his first deal, and landed 17 listings within his first three months. It was then that he decided to sell his business and focus on real estate full time. John sold 2.5 million in his first year as a Realtor and since then, he has become one of the top agents in the State of Arkansas. In 2007 he was ranked #4 for most transactions closed and in 2008 was #2 in the state
John also enjoys time with his family, and has coached with the Little Oaks Ball Park for 12 years, was the AABA District 1 Commissioner for 7 years, and spent 10 years on the Board of Directors helping the park grow to new heights. During that time John’s team won 10 State titles and also captured Number 1 in the nation for 2006 USSSA.
Jamie has been providing residential real estate service excellence since 1998. He was personally mentored for over 6 years by Truman Ball who was the #1 agent in Arkansas for many years.
